[Cannot access emails [Code]]

I tried disabling KTS by going to Settings > Protection > Turned OFF System Watcher > restarted PC but still cannot access emails. I am using Kaspersky Total Security

[Cannot access emails [Code]]

I get the following message when trying to open my email inbox. "Server error! (request forbidden by antivirus)" Can anyone help me solve this problem of access. Thanks Lesterz
