  1. thanks I do not need more help I solved the problems by reinstalling the application now everything is working normally
  2. so I already have it all activated so I just can not receive the updates it started last month but I only discovered this community now
  3. I have a problem with the protection in the cloud of kaspersky free it simply says that I am without a current license but in the license window it says that everything is ok I can not understand this.
