[Kaspersky Protection (Chrome) Options Greyed Out, Cannot access to Anti Banner etc. [Closed]]

After removing the addon and uninstalling and reinstalling KIS, now the protection works. Thanks for your help

I own Kaspersky Internet Security 2019 (payed), The Google Chrome version i have is the recent one 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit) The Kaspersky Protection icon on the browser is green, but when i right click on the options, it is greyed out. Also, when i left click, it says that both the anti banner and incognito navigation "functionality not available. Solve the problems relative to the subscription" and there are two green rectangulars buttons with the text "Details". If i click on them, then it sends me to the Kaspersky subsciption menu. But the subscription is already active. I have the paid version. I tried to clear Chrome cookies and clear cache, to remove and activate back the addon but the problem is still there
