KSK is not installed on my device/PC. I log in to kaspersky and change settings as a parent for my son’s PC.
I have Endpoint Security 10 for Windows on my PC.
My son has windows 7 version 6.1 built 7601 operating system

On my or my sons PC? on my task bar I have the Kaspersky endpoint security 10 for windows.

Today my son thanked me for adding an extra 8 hours of use time on his PC. I looked at my console and device use settings and it clearly stated 2 hours. I then went to his PC and there the settings also stated 2 hours but the device was not blocked and a side window - hour glass image indicated that he had another 8 hours of use time !!!
Does anyone know What is going on?

Hallo,
For some periods of time each day we allow the use of the PC for the kids to play games and additional time for ONLY for communication/ watching netflix youtube etc. Is there a simple way of doing this? Unfortunately the apps console does not catch all games especially and I have to manually check what websites and other games have been installed.

Hallo and thank you very much for your help.
I did all that you said but I also just noticed that when you upgraded the version you changed by default the setting to ‘show warning’ instead of ‘block device’. I was not aware of the change of setting and now, after setting back to ‘block the device’ everything is good, again.
