My Kaspersky updated to 2020 2 days ago. This issue still hasn’t been resolved. I’m running windows 8. The rename of the nvidia dll at least allows Kaspersky to run. Given there is only a single entry in the windows/current version key in the registry your other fix “remove the comma” is not applicable and won’t’ have any effect.
