I have a desktop from 2014 running Windows 8.1 and Kaseya antivirus. I cannot update without uninstalling Kaspersky Kaseya Antivirus. But I cannot uninstall without the USER NAME and PASSCODE which I no longer have. How can I remove the software? Thre must be some brute force method, other than reformatting the harddrive and installing windows from scratch. I do have the ACTIVATION CODE. All help appreciated. Thank you.
