[EDRO - Problem with license]

I did the EDRO deployment on several devices, some have "FAILURE" in component change. Checking they have the correct license but they show "INCOMPATIBILITY WITH THE LICENSE" and in events it shows that the endpoint is being updated, when it is not (IT WAS VERIFIED).

When removing and installing the endpoint again, it works normally again. How to fix this problem?

Fiz a implantação do EDRO em vários dispositivos, alguns apresentam "FALHA" na alteração de componente. Verificando estão com licença correta porém apresentam "INCOMPATIBILIDADE COM A LICENÇA" e em eventos mostra que o endpoint está em atualização, quando não está (FOI VERIFICADO).

Ao remover e instalar o endpoint novamente, ele volta a funcionar normalmente. Como corrigir este problema?

I have some problems, i have EDR in my organization. I made some tests using a EICAR and i could see the "incident card", but now when i try open this doesn't happen. Anyone now how can i fix this?

Where can i find the windows version of computers in KSC?

When i search a device using the options "users" i have two options: " Last user who logged in to the system" and "User who logged in to the system at least once". One user show me some issues. When i search doesn't appear any machine, i tryied scan the AD and the others options. Anyone can help me?

Ao fazer a pesquisa pelo Kaspersky Security Center, utilizando o filtro de nome do "usuário" surge um problema. Alguns usuários de fato tem como resultado as máquinas que ele fez o logon. Porém em outros não mostra as máquinas, alguém faz alguma ideia do que pode ser?

Sim, porém mesmo ao remover estes arquivos, o Kaspersky ainda apresenta que a máquina possui dois Chromes instalados nela.

Pelo KSC eu reconheci que alguns dispositivos possuem dois google chrome de versões diferentes. Fiz a tentativa de desinstalação com a string que o próprio console disponibiliza, ação esta que resultou com falha. Existe alguma outra forma de fazer a remoção de um dos Chrome sem ter que ser na máquina fisica?

 

By KSC I recognized that some devices have two google chrome of different versions. I tried to uninstall with the string that the console itself provides, an action that resulted in failure. Is there any other way to remove one of Chrome without having to be on the physical machine?
