[Where is firewall settings?]

Thank you Mr Danila T for a very fast response! This explains it for me but I'm now very upset as I need a firewall. Is there any way I could upgrade my service since I have only just started with Kaspersky paid membership subscription or do I have to wait a year before upgrading to a new plan?

I have just purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus. I changed over from another antivirus as I was told that Kaspersky is the best on the market. I can't seem to find firewall options however and when I look at tutorials they seem to have different options. 

Where is the control of firewall and blocking Programs? I have already looked through all my options and settings.
