Good morning everyone! I have total 21. I have in my settings full scan 1 a week but this happens nearly everyday. Why?

What about infected zipped file with password i dont know.?It cannot been scanned

i have the latest kasperky total product and never have warned about a virus. Today i scanned my pc with hitman pro and found a troyan which was in a zip file. i put kaspersky to scan zip files but it asks me for a password i don’t know. What to do? Why kaspersky doesn;t do this automatically (scan inside emails and zip files without getting to its settings telling it to do so)?
