I found my problem. The Anti-Banner was blocking the website. Resolution: I added it in the exceptions. FLOOD : Thank you very much for your help!

W7 Home Premium X64, SP1 Build 7601, KTS 19.00.1088(f) I have some rules in the browser like notification blocks on some sites, pop-up and redirect on other, but nothing linked to fizz.ca.

I have a similar issue with my mobile service provider. Does anyone know why I see the web-page this way? No other pages look like this.
