  1. I just find out that KSC11 Web console self service portal is not supported https://help.kaspersky.com/KSC/11/en-US/89390.htm. I guess that portal was updated or I did not see that. Wich is confusing if is not supported, and big install button self service portal, probably becasue Web console 10 version? Thanks for all replays, Grega
  2. I think this version 11.0.95 is not for self service portal in installation, there is only configuration for web console 8080 and not for self service portal 8081. Is there any other installation file to download? I have downloaded kscw10.0.196.0en.exe older version from web and there is in installtion step for self service portal 10. Now I have two web conslole 10 default port 8080 and 11 on custom port 8082. And self service portal 10 on 8081 port.
  3. We have KSC11 and multiple Virtual Administration Servers for different customers. Is it possible to lock virtual servers and main server console - not to accept connection from Network Agent, if it is not allowed, so that it can not connect to different virtual server or to main server. I know that klmove.exe is a tool for moving between different servers. Is there a way to lock or restrict client connection so that it doesn't move to a different server? If server adddress is seen by different customer then any agent can connect, if they know the address, that would meant free licence. thanks, Grega
  4. On KSC11 server I have tried to install the Self Service portal using the Install button in KSC11 - self service portal version 11.0.95. Online help site https://help.kaspersky.com/KSC/SP3/en-US/33389_1.htm says default port after installation is 8081 for self service portal and web console 8080, Only port working is port 8080 after installation. Is there any custom configuration needed to start self service portal? Thanks, Grega
  5. I am thinking about adding on KSC11 server a public certificate ie. Digicert or Goddady under administrator server certificate. The Server has a gateway Network Agent installed on DMZ and is available from public IP and the client agent will connect through internet. My concern is what happens when the certificate expires and what happens to the client, if we need to renew or change public certificate. Thanks, Grega
  6. I have same problem KSC11 try to install self service portal and is not listening on port 8081 only on 8080 web console.
