[Forbidden website still accessible in other browsers]

Although bloking system works well in chrome, it does not work in many other browsers, like K-meleon, Pale Moon, Brave, Falkon, ...etc. i use Windows 7 for PC and Android for phone. I have already blocked browsers category in Application settings. Please help.
