KES 11 and Windows 10 1909 Problem

after updating in windows 10 1909 my Kaspersky internet security was suddenly showing corrupted files, so I uninstall the kes, when I am trying to reinstall is now showing an error!!! i am stuck now and cannot install the kes!!
