Today I decided to reinstall my PC with a fresh windows 10, only to meet the message "activation limit exceeded" so I contacted support to help me with this, as I have 288 days left on 5 devices, supplying the supporter with license key and activation key, only to have the supporter ignoring me completely ... what kind of an attitude is this Kaspersky. I have supplied screenshots from My Kaspersky, From Kinguin.net where I purchased the license key, screenshot of the payment receipt, and everything to prove my identity. And all I get is a supporter refusing to acknowledge or answer anything. I have been a customer for over 10 years, and this is how one gets treated ???
