Dans Opentip, si le fichier est crypté il l’indiquerait quelque part?
Pour ce qui est de id-randsomware j’imgine que si il ne trouve pas le ransomeware impliqué c’est que le fichier semble clean?

Je voudrais savoir si il y a un moyen, plus ou moins rapide, de vérifier si un fichier remonté par l’anti-cryptor a effectivement été crypté ou non. Je parle ici de fichier “non-standard” que l’on ne peut pas forcément ouvrir en temps normal
Exemple d’une alerte reçu que j’aimerais vérifier
M:\VDI\RoamingProfil\VDBURO10\tgantenbeinex.V6\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Cache\f_000006

Has anyone ever heard of a problem between KES 11.0 and the UEFI secure boot (HP in this case) ? We had a problem that occurs randomly on some PC (laptop and tower). Sometimes the computer boots in windows recovery mode and we must deactive the secure boot to resolve the problem. We have opened a ticket to Microsoft and we received this answer .

Les erreurs surviennent justement lors de l'installation manuelle en locale. Mais j'ai passé en revue la base de registre et j'ai effacé toutes les entrées concernant le network agent. L'installation est passée sans soucis suite à cela. Merci pour la piste! Cdlt

Bonjour, Je ne peux pas tester l'utilitaire car le dossier Network Agent n'existe même plus, la première désinstallation a bien supprimé les fichiers.. Je suis quand même allé chercher l'utilitaire sur un autre poste mais je ne peux pas le lancer car il manque des fichiers (logique) J'ai bien trouvé l'Uninstall string dans la base de registre. Il me fait la même erreur que lorsque je tente de relancer la désinstallation depuis le" programs and features". Est-ce qu'il faut que je supprime ce dossier de la base de registre? Cdlt

Bonjour, KNA 10.5.1781 Windows 7 KSVLA 3.4.44.194 J'ai un soucis avec un agent qui ne communique plus avec le KSC. J'ai donc voulu le désinstaller. Je suis passé par le control panel. La désinstallation s'est déroulée normalement mais après le redémarrage, lorsque j'ai voulu réinstaller l'agent j'ai eu l'erreur suivante : Application: Kaspersky Security Center 10 Network Agent - Error 25002. Error while installing: Error 1181/0x3 ('System error 0x3 (Le chemin d’accès spécifié est introuvable.)') accessing filesystem object 'C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\msvc*100.dll'. J'ai regardé à nouveau dans le control panel et là je vois que l'agent est à nouveau présent. Mais cette fois impossible de le désinstaller : Application: Kaspersky Security Center 10 Network Agent - Error 25002. Error while installing: Error 1181/0x3 ('System error 0x3 (Le chemin d’accès spécifié est introuvable.)') accessing filesystem object 'C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\NetworkAgent\Data\Cleaner\*'. I have a dilemma. Until yesterday our "template" configuration of the File Threat Protection (for KES 11.9) had settings like this :
Every 2 years, we challenge the configuration, and we noticed that recommended settings by Kaspersky are default settings. https://support.kaspersky.com/KESWin/11.8.0/en-US/222981.htm
So we have changed settings to :
But since we have done that, we received many complaints about Kaspersky process who take a lot of drive ressources. (sometimes more than 550 Mo/s)
So I would to know if this situation is temporary, because of the activation of RTP on all network drives, or if you think I need to come back to initial settings without "all network drives" but with a medium heuristic.
