if wildcards is not allowed, how is possible to block all subdomains from some website ? Should I type one by one or exist another way ?

I would like to add to exclusion list all subdomains from aadrm.com but I don’t know how. I tried *aadrm.com and *.aadrm.com but is not allowed. Someone knows how should be ?

How can add a list of websites to the exclusion list in one shot ? I tried separate domains by , but does not work.
