-Please refer to this How to install KSWS locally (Please notes, this video was created for previous version however the steps are same for new version as well)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLq5cRRjm2M

You may run the setup file again to start wizard to install the Management Console to be able to configure this application locally where you can Activate the Application, Run Scan \ Update.

-For the Offline Updates; you can use Kaspersky Update Utility to download the database to a local disk. Move to the computer and change the source location for the KSWS on that isolated computer to that folder

  5. Hello Rasheeth,

The user password request for sudo is a Mac OS requirement, not a specific limitation on the Kaspersky removal. There are ways to remove the requirement and that is a operation within the MacOS. However, that operation is a bad think from a security perspective. Did you try the remote uninstallation task via the Kaspersky Security Center?  Please refer to our online guide for KES for mac below:

    Best Regards

  8. Hello IslamMohie,

You are required to have Special License (Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business – Advance) to do 3rd party updates from KSC.

Please make sure KSC is activated with required License than create following tasks to deploy 3rd party updates:

    1. Create the Find vulnerabilities and required updates task

    https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/13/en-US/183915.htm

    2. Create the Install required updates and fix vulnerabilities task

    https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/13/en-US/182671.htm

Links above also shows additional details of these tasks. Hopefully this info helps answer your question.

    Best Regards

  9. Hello Pauljac,

You would need speak to Sales Team Member to have both Licenses consolidated into one code as KES Cloud Console can only accept One License code at a time.

You may also contact Kaspersky technical support by opening a support case at companyaccount.kaspersky.com or call 781.503.1880 option 3 to have someone from sales team reach out to you.

With KSC the KSC upgrade, KES policy plugin should have also upgraded to latest version.  For this reason KSN Statement needs to be re-accepted from KES policy.  Please Go into KES 11 Policy Settings >Advanced Threat Protection and Click the KSN statement Link to Accept the terms.
