As I say in the comment in response to another user, my applications on the desktop disappeared, I'm still trying to figure out what they were but I'm relieved to know that no data was deleted. Thanks for your help Hello @kimera, Support have confirmed, the Kaspersky Security Cloud Application control, Manage applications, Clean up option, only removes from the Kaspersky Security Cloud application list - any application that has been removed from the computer → the Kaspersky Security Cloud Clean up function does not remove/uninstall any application from the computer. Support also confirmed, no Report is generated, when the Clean up option is selected. 💥 IF there’s ongoing issues, log a case with Kaspersky support, fill in either Chat or Email, select Application Malfunction, Other template; Support may request logs, traces & other data, they will guide you. First of all, thank you very much for your prompt replies. I saw that my desktop shortcuts for the 8 apps disappeared instantly. I have found that they have all been deleted. And that I have to reinstall apps belonging to the Creative Cloud, for example, and games. I can't figure out which apps have all been deleted from the desktop. Thanks for your reply. I am relieved to know that at least no data was supposedly deleted. Thanks for your help.

Pensé que aparecería la lista de aplicaciones sugeridas para eliminar/desinstalar. En ese momento, en lugar de eso, se ha limitado a eliminar 8 aplicaciones sin ninguna advertencia aparente o indicación adecuada. Estas incluyen muchas significativas, como algunos juegos con incontables horas de partidas guardadas. Y todo eso ha desaparecido. Lo he perdido. No tengo ninguna copia de seguridad, ni opción de restauración, ni sincronización alguna porque estoy usando este sitio desde ayer. Debajo de "limpiar" se puede leer "Ocultar aplicaciones inexistentes". ¡Y no lo estaban! ¿No hay posibilidad de comprobar qué 8 aplicaciones ha borrado? ¿Hay alguna forma de encontrar cuáles son y recuperarlas? (Quizás no sé cómo hacerlo porque no estoy familiarizado con este software). ¿Supongo que todo se ha perdido después de que el software las haya desinstalado? Pero no entiendo ese método... No hay una especie de aviso. O información de fácil acceso en esa ventana, explicando cómo será la "limpieza". Estoy preocupado y desilusionado por cómo empezó la aplicación. Honestamente, no puedo evitar sentirme molesto con esta situación. Todavía estoy tratando de procesar lo que acaba de suceder. ¿Un solo clic y he eliminado 8 de mis aplicaciones y programas, juegos y otros absurdamente en mi PC? I couldn't even view what programs were, nor do I now. It includes games with their respective savegames, programs with relevant files, etc. Under the Manage applications in Windows,I just clicked on the to Clean up option.I thought that it would appear to prompt the suggested apps listto delete/uninstall.Instead, it merely removed eight apps, with no warningor proper explanation at all!These include many meaningful ones, like some games andcountless hours of saved games.And that is all gone. I have lost it. I have no security backup, no restoration option, or possible synchronization because I have been using this site since yesterday. Below Clean up, it says: Hide non-existent applications. And they were not! Is there a chance to check the apps deleted by this tool? Is there any way I can find out which ones they are and recover them? (Maybe I don't know how to do it because I am unfamiliar with this software and could be my fault bc I do not understand this site yet.) I guess all get lost after the software just uninstalled them? But I do not get that method. There is no notice. Or easy to access information on that window, explaining how it will be the Clean up tool… I'm concerned and somewhat disillusioned with how the app started. Honestly, I cannot help feeling upset about this situation. I am still trying to process what just happened. Due to one click, I removed eight of my applications and programs, games, and others absurdly on my PC. (?) I am not even sure what all the eight apps are.
