Hello, I have still valid license period but kaspersky antivirus stopped when I try to start from the service,msc, it automatically stopped. as per my kaspersky login it showing the license error to uninstall and reinstall also tried it’s not working, it’s asking for password if i give the password it’s not taking that pass word. please advise us how to fix this trouble.
  2. Hello dear, I have purchased Kaspersky Anti-virus. However, the applications show the error message below when I enter the activation code. “The activation code does not apply to this application” I have double check the name & license to make sure I am entering the right activation code to the product. In the Kaspersky portal. It shows “License: Not supported in your region”. Does it mean the anti-virus does not support Hong Kong? Could someone please help? Thanks.
