(2) Q: What other applications are active, in use, when speed drops? Prior to and during speed test with Secure Connection active; Ping 15 ms, download speed 7.7 mbps, upload speed 0.9 mbps. With secure connection Ping 665ms, download speed 6.7 mbps, upload speed 0.5 mbps. Applications running on computer at the time were Chrome, Outlook, excel, photoshop, Photos app, (2) A: "makes no difference" If nothing is: active, being used, how is "speed drop" identified? I use Iinet Speed Test on Chrome browser. (3) How often is KSC used, enabled, activated? Version 20.0.14.1085 (c). Activated for short time only. It has always been slow for me. Problem is worse now than last year as I am limited to a connection through Germany. (Need to spend money to get more options.) (4) Please list all internal network devices? When I try my Kaspersky Secure Connection my internet speed drops to the point of being unuseable. How can I make it faster? KDA
