  1. Thanks @Berny I'm surprised. How did it get into my pc? And how do I get rid of it?. Seems like doing that using KSC is a tall order.
  2. Hi @Igor Kurzin, Thanks for your assistance. I restarted the pc successfully. I also contacted technical support, waiting for the reply.
  3. Kaspersky Security Cloud is taking more than 24hrs and counting while deep cleaning. Advanced disinfection is stuck at 89%. What's worse is that I cannot access my laptop. All applications and files are not opening. I keep getting bad image pop ups on trying to open anything. I can't shut down or restart my pc. Below are attached images of the problem:
