Thank you for responding. I had already added pop3 with no success. However, I just added imap too at your suggestion, and made another tweak and it has worked. I am not sure exactly how it worked but i am receiving incoming mail now. :)

Within 2 hours of renewing my Kaspersky Total Security my emails for Outlook were blocked. I can still send but not receive. I have tried all the fix it options offeredonline and nothing has worked. I am using Windows 10 with an old Outlook 2007 version. I had no issues prior to the renewal. I welcome any suggestions. Thank you
