how to exit ksc? you mean disable its protection?

hi, i was install kaspersky security cloud personal 21.1.15.500(c). i wanted to remove it. but it pop up an error. idk what is code but it says (ERROR: file is in using ) kaspersky could’nt remove its file which is in using. i redo the uninstallation progress. i try again to remove it. but once again it pop up error but now it says (some file is missing). what do i should to do now? i cant uninstall with its uninstall program.
