  1. bonne journée a vous tous; je partage mon soucis avec vous afin que je puisse réglé ce problème; je viens de faire un upgrade vers KCS12 avec l’Agent version (12.2.0.7734), l'installation c'est bien terminé sauf que les machines clients tous sont devenue déconnecté, est ce qu'il y a un patch à installé ? quelcun pourrais me donner un conseil svp. merci,

Hi Caos, thank you for the support, below the details that you asked : I have not yet installed KSC v11 patch b Kaspersky center installed version 11.0.01131 KES for windows version 11.1.1.126 Kaspresky 10 for server version 10.0.0.486 OS windows server 2016 std VCenter 6.7 the report generated by the getsysteminfo tool is attached.

  6. Bonjour à tous; svp je suis vraiment bloqué j’ai fait un upgrade de KCS10 vers KCS 11 est les agents ne communique plus avec le serveur? quelqu'un peut me proposer une solution, quelque chose que j’ai oublié de vérifier ?

Good morning all; we are currently using the KCS 10 solution, Lately we have upgraded from KCS 10 to KCS 11 after finishing the configuration I cannot manage user workstations, all agents and KES are inactive, I need help. BY reinstalling the agent it is fixed but how can i do for 400 Pcs ? for advanced please. thank you,
