Okay well sorry Kaspersky Free Antivirus does not have integrated Firewall so it has used Windows Defender Firewall by default settings.

Yes you could give it a go, it maybe could fix this issue also. You seem well tuned with this Rose Setup Factory software as i was thinking on reinstall that issue should all disappear maybe because of a bad batch file. Something to think about.

Hi babak well do you have it on auto start or do you do it manually, maybe that's why it fixed itself after refreshed could be freezing unresponsive before woke up and after few minutes of computer activity. I have a question is this what you are using Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11? And Kaspersky Security 10?
