my internet connection is blocked when I use a fixed IP address (10.0.101.15) via a router (default gateway: 10.0.101.1) on my local network. When I change this connection to ADSL-DHCP with a dynamic IP address, everything works normally. I also noticed that this problem does not arise when I run windows 10 in safe mode with the network taken into account. Is there a solution to this problem? Thank you
