[Error code 27300. How to fix anti-virus not working?]

Hi there, 
Using Kaspersky anti-virus for the past 2.5years but never encountered an error but today  I got stuck with error code 27300, Help me out if anyone knows the fixes.

And one more thing, on my other desktop I’m using avast anti-virus but from past two days, avast’s av service not responding or not working properly, I’ll be glad if anyone helps me out with this issue too.

Hello there, since last night my Avast anti-virus service is not working, should I move to kaspersky anti-virus or Is there any way to fix this issue.

If anyone knows how to fix this, or what should I do
