I have resolved this by restoring a backup but here are 2 things I noticed: It's not the installation of Kaspersky version 11 that breaks the server, but the deinstallation of the previous version It corrupts or breaks a TON of drivers. I managed to get into Device Manager and saw that none of the drivers were recognized anymore. I was not able to resolve this and instead opted for restoring a backup.

I can confirm we are running the latest version 11.0.0.480 I will try contacting my reseller but can you please help me verify whether it is normal behaviour that there is no Exploit Prevention module present when viewing a client with an installed version of Kaspersky Security For Windows Server 11 from KSC?

Hi Vimaro, Thanks for your response! So I checked the modules for our servers protected by Kaspersky for Windows Server using our KSC and I can’t even find the “Exploit Prevention” module. Only Real-Time Protection, Anti-Cryptor and Network Threat Protection. Our servers are licensed using Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Select edition. Am I missing something?

Hello, I have a question regarding the new HAFNIUM vulnerability found in Microsoft Exchange on-premise products. Kaspersky says they detect this virus with Behaviour Detection. However, as far as I can tell - Kaspersky for Windows Server versions 10.1.2 and 11 do not have this module (or atleast not by that name). How does the Windows Server line of anti-virus products detect this?

Hi After installing Kaspersky for Windows Server 11 on a physical Hyper-V Host running Windows Server 2016, the server has become completely unresponsive after reboot. The server will get to the Windows login screen (Where you have to press CTRL+ALT+DEL) but mouse and keyboard inputs are not detected. Also, the network card is shown as disconnected (though it is not) so I cannot RDP to the server. It is like no drivers are being loaded at all. iLO or other remote tool inputs are also not detected. Going into Safe Mode yields the same result - no input detected. Is there anything I can do to get onto the server and uninstall Kaspersky? Something like a bootable OS environment that has access to Kaspersky?

Hello, We have recently switched to Kaspersky Subscription Model for our Endpoint clients. All went well but now I see a lot of "subscription status is outdated and needs to be updated/refreshed” notifcations when I log onto the clients themselves. There are too many clients to follow the Update subscription status guide as this is manual work per client affected and it does not seem like I can see or update the subscription status using our Kaspersky Security Center 12 interface. Technical specifications: We run Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11.2.0.2254 Kaspersky Network Agent 11.0.0.1131 Kaspersky Security Center 12.0.0.7734 Hope someone has experience with this issue!
