Hello!! FLOOD Thank you very much for your reply! 1. Yes I do not see any license key, it says "license is missing". 2. Yes I never created a Kaspersky account before today, as the Kaspersky software I got in 2017 was given as a free gift to me when I bought my laptop. There was no need to create an account for set-up then, as far as I can recall.

I have recently downloaded Kaspersky 2019 Anti-virus software, while still having the Kaspersky 2017 Anti-virus working and within the license period. However, after download, the 2017 version is lost and the program says that I have no activation code. I am unable to find the 2017 activation code as that was a long time ago, and I did not link it to my Kaspersky account... Is there a way to undo the 2019 version and get my 2017 version back? If not, what should I do? :(((( Please help, much appreciated!!
