ive done everything it says and i still cant install it

im on windows 10 laptop dell and i previously installed kaspersky security cloud. i uninstalled it and now i want to install it again. then i cant install it because the error 27300 error code -2147024770 klim6.sys_X64. i already used the kavremover tool for security cloud and it doesnt work.
