  1. LilySpeech is a wonderful speech to text program which has just one problem: Kaspersky Security Cloud won’t let it run.

    I have tried excluding its folder but I don’t know what to put in the Object box. The Security Cloud instructions link to a Virus Encyclopedia which does not exist.

    I have tried adding it as a Trusted Application, but here the problem is that as soon as it is installed it starts automatically and is immediately zapped by Kaspersky.

    I reported this as a product which should not be a problem but it is still being deleted.

    Can anyone help. This is extremely frustrating.

    I do use a VPN.

    I followed your instructions with VPN off and it confirmed that my subscription was active and that my database had been updated 2 hours ago.

    I’ll have to check if it’s only when I use the VPN that I get the error message. (It’s actually a notification saying Error connecting to My Kaspersky).  One thing that confused me was that Kaspersky Help shows a window reached from More Tools which shows an entry for My Kaspersky  but mine doesn’t.

    I am using Windows 10 and my Kaspersky version is 21.2.16.590(b).
