Encrypt the device remotely if you’re using KES Advanced, otherwise create an installation package that would just run a script to disable all local accounts and erase c:\users.

 

If the device was domain joined, suspend the user account in said domain.

[Cannot uninstall KES cloud when licence is expired]

The uninstall button is greyed on win10 and KES cloud console won’t allow me to click on delete when I select computer, you could at least let that button work, it is a waste of time when migrating from KES cloud to KES Advanced as KES Advanced aes256 cannot override KES cloud’s package.

While it is possible to create an uninstall task from KSC that will target KES Cloud, it shouldn’t be required to so many actions just to replace an inferior product with the superior one.

Hello, it would be nice to allow administrators to override “wstrRelativeFilePath” value during the package creation wizard, to be more specific, I don’t like having 50 directory all named “NetAgent_11.0.0.1131” followed by a number, it is wasting my time when I just want to copy/paste the installer file.

Let us name the directory ourselves without having to go berserker on table pkg_executables, i’d rather have a way to set the variable before the procedure is executed rather than modifying values in the database and playing KSC’s file protection on the packages directory to rename a subdirectory.

Same could be applied for packages table and “wstrPackagePath” value.
