Hello. I ‘ve change the sync method to google firebase cloud. One of devices stoped to respond. I guess it cannot sync to new server. Unfortunetaly i've delete it from mobile devices on my KSC. So i am unable to uninstall kaspersky endpoint security for mobile from the device or reinstall with new certificate. I have no backup. Is it possible to add device manualy to KSC ? Device is not blocked but cannot sync - error : “Receiving and sending data is not possible during sync “ Unistall button is grayed out I have no One time code.
