Product language: 2070. Manufacturer: Kaspersky. Update name: antipatch drivers. Successful installation or error status: 0. " What is this concretely? Thank you very much for any clarification.

  13. Thanks @andrew75 , but I don't speak english (when I come here to the community I always use the translator), so I can't download the installer, because it's in other languages. So, I add another question to my initial question: When does the installer come out for Portuguese from Portugal (pt-pt)?
  14. I noticed on the website: "https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security#download" , that the KIS 2021 MR2, is already available (not yet in my language). I have the following doubt: The update to the new KIS 2021 (MR2) is done automatically from KIS 2021 MR1 or i will have to download the standalone installer/setup from the Kaspersky website or under "My Kaspersky >> downloads".   15. A computer technician friend gave me the answer: Kaspersky sometimes updates its components to fix vulnerabilities or other components without having to update to a new patch. Thanks anyway to everyone and sorry for the inconvenience.🙏👍
  16. Good Day I already have patch (c) for a few days. However today I received an update of the database of 1.29 Mb. I restarted the desktop and noticed that in the reliability history Kaspersky had been updated and reconfigured. Does anyone know what happened? Following is an image of the event:

  18. Hello @JPEKaspersky, Very good, "Waiting for response from technical support" is normal, the Kaspersky Technical Support Team will respond in due course, normally within 24hrs to 5 days. They may ask for a new GSI & Windows Logs, & they may also ask for Traces, if so, they will guide you with the steps to collect the Traces.   22. Hello @FLOOD Attached is the text report of the file anti-virus. I checked some files, most are no longer in the folders, others like: C: \ Program Files (x86\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\1.3.135.29\ MicrosoftEdgeUpdateSetup.exe is 1778Kb and C:\Windows\Installer\ 40628.msi has 88 Mb. In the Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft path all files have 1 Kb and those that appear in the report are no longer there. This is the feedback I can give you. JP
  23. Good morning to everyone. I have the following doubt: Regarding files anti-virus, it indicates certain unprocessed files. The files anti-virus report indicates its size as a reason. How is this possible with me having the maximum file anti-virus settings, scanning all files?
