Hello everybody. The launch of the new MR3 (21.3.10.391) was announced at the German forum. Will there be a Portuguese version of Portugal, because I don't use another language (I'm using the translator)? -
Good evening. On the reliability monitor, a Kaspersky update called: "Windows Installer installed an update. Product name: Kaspersky Internet Security. Product version: 21.2.16.590. Product language: 2070. Manufacturer: Kaspersky. Update name: antipatch drivers. Successful installation or error status: 0. " What is this concretely? Thank you very much for any clarification.

I noticed on the website: "https://www.kaspersky.com/downloads/thank-you/internet-security#download" , that the KIS 2021 MR2, is already available (not yet in my language). I have the following doubt: The update to the new KIS 2021 (MR2) is done automatically from KIS 2021 MR1 or i will have to download the standalone installer/setup from the Kaspersky website or under "My Kaspersky >> downloads". Hello @JPEKaspersky, Very good, "Waiting for response from technical support" is normal, the Kaspersky Technical Support Team will respond in due course, normally within 24hrs to 5 days. They may ask for a new GSI & Windows Logs, & they may also ask for Traces, if so, they will guide you with the steps to collect the Traces. Hello @FLOOD Attached is the text report of the file anti-virus. I checked some files, most are no longer in the folders, others like: C: \ Program Files (x86\Microsoft\EdgeUpdate\1.3.135.29\ MicrosoftEdgeUpdateSetup.exe is 1778Kb and C:\Windows\Installer\ 40628.msi has 88 Mb. In the Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft path all files have 1 Kb and those that appear in the report are no longer there. This is the feedback I can give you. JP
