  2. Hello guys. The database distribution date, Portugal time (London hour) does not change since 03:09 AM on June 2nd. This is normal? Anyone in the same situation? What is the time of the distribution date of the database yours have if someone can kindly inform me in this moment? Sorry for my english. JP

  4. Good night community. I would like to know if it is normal to have no KIS 21.3.10.391 (b) entry in the task manager. I searched all the entries and found no entries for the KIS 2021. I have 21H1 (SO 19043.1023). However, the software is working perfectly. Thanks for any clarification.

Sorry to come back here again, but I had an error in the database update that I would like to clarify: Yesterday, during a normal database update, the following error occurred: "Error checking database and application modules". However, all other updates resulted in "task completed". This error is important or I should rest easy. Thank you very much for any clarification.
  15. Thank you all. I downloaded the KIS file 21.3.10.391 pt-pt already available in the online version in My Kaspersky> download area.✌ I also had to download from My Kaspersky and install KIS VPN 21.3.10.391 separately, since the previous file presented an error when downloading Kaspersky VPN.
