  6. Goodnight. For several days I have noticed that the database update takes more than 10 hours to update. Today is another one of those days, as the image documents in my schedule (CET-1), it's 8:00 PM and the last time of distribution of the database was at 9:01 AM (with so many threats that the world currently lives ). Anyone else in the same situation as me?

Once again it seems that Kaspersky does not live up to what it said: "The last response Kaspersky experts gave, 21st, December, 2021: quote “The issue of lengthy delays in the database distribution has been fixed.” end-quote" It has taken more than 10 hours to update the database.   19. Hi @Flood and Flood's wife I have already contacted technical support who have not given me much information on this matter. They always keep saying (Brazilian support) that KIS makes one or two updates a day and they don't know the case, they say to wait.😕 Thanks anyway for your reply. 🙏
  20. Hello everybody. My database indicates that the last update was at 5:42 AM (CET-1) but I am already at 8:30 PM local time (CET-1) and the database does not update. What's up, there are no threats in the world. Thanks for any clarification. JP
