    I'm using the new Kaspersky Standard 21.9.6.465 (Windows 10 Home) and so far everything is working.
    I just noticed a strange thing.
    Whenever I start "My Kaspersky" on my device (an desktop) that is linked to my account, in the reports in System Audit, the indication that I am starting My Kaspersky on another device always appears, which is not true.
    Is this a GUI error or something else.
    Attached screenshot of the notice translated from Portuguese to English:
    "Today, 12/04/2023 10:53:14 You signed in to your My Kaspersky account from another device Protection Today, 12/04/2023 10:53:13 Google Chrome Desktop Windows Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/112.0.0.0 Safari/537.36"

    I just bought Kaspersky Standard 21.9.6.465.?

    I'm finding it great, the installation and adaptation is being painless!?
    But I can't find where to enable hardware virtualization in K. Standard even though I've consulted the following article?:

    Does this option not exist in K. Standard, or is there another problem?

    I'd be grateful if anyone could enlighten me about this option that I can't find.?

    I currently have KIS 2021.
    Well, if it's not broken, why should I break it my system?
    I will have to switch to the new KS, but I will wait for it to gain more maturity.
    ,In addition, the prerequisite of requiring the .NET Framework and the .Net Desktop Runtime and this gives and has given problems it makes me wait a few more months before buying the new KS.

    Spero che questo metodo di acquisto raggiunga il Portogallo.
    Penso che se ci sono problemi con un acquisto online (metodo in cui non sono esperto), il supporto tecnico in portoghese (basato su un altro continente) non dovrebbe essere in grado di risolvere i problemi di acquisto del prodotto, in quanto non è specializzato nei metodi di pagamento bancari in Europa (commissioni, leggi bancarie, imposta sul valore aggiunto(IVA), ecc.)

Per evitare l'inconveniente del rinnovo automatico, consiglio acquistare il prodotto che ti interessa, nella scatola sigillata in vendita presso rivenditori e canalisti vari, oltre che presso i vari megastore dell'informatica. Ovviamente per l'installazione si deve prima scaricare l'eseguibile dal sito ufficiale o da MyKaspeski.

    Personalmente, evito di acquistare licenze scaricate al momento e stampate sulla fattura di acquisto.

    Scusa, non parlo italiano quindi sto usando il traduttore.

    Spero che gli acquisti con carta fisica raggiungano i negozi al dettaglio / rivenditori in Portogallo, perché oltre a non dover acquistare online, dato che non mi piace quel metodo (inoltre, non ho una carta di credito e sembra anche che Nexway sia un po' complicato e amano mettere molti ostacoli in questo acquisto, anche pretendendo copie di documenti di identificazione personale), inoltre non mi piace il sistema di rinnovo automatico, né il metodo di pagamento perché quando l'acquisto online è completato, la licenza è valida a quel momento e i giorni vengono detratti immediatamente quando il denaro viene prelevato dal conto bancario.

    1. Correct, if the URL advisor is disabled the issue disappears, however, that's not the way the product is designed to work; Kaspersky are aware of the issue, the question is: *will they fix it in v21.3*?
    2. The new subscription range has a license number that is saved directly in your MyKaspersy account; if you're thinking of upgrading for free, from KIS to Kaspersky Standard, the existing activation code & license details will be matched up with the new subscription. As Danila T. advises in the  Kaspersky: Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium - info & FAQ  -> Activation codes between these pairs of apps will be compatible backwards and forwards -> IF you need further information about this specific issue: *new sfw not accepting activation code etc.,* please start a new topic as it has nothing to do with existing this topic: Web Antivirus removing content from Search results.

    This also happens to me on Chrome, it's been a long time but I haven't worried.
    I use KIS 21.3(j)
    I think that if you disable the URL advisor in the internet settings the problem goes away.
    But I personally prefer to be told if the link is secure.
    On a news site in my country, the images, for example, disappear and only the green symbol remains.
    But since I have KIS with a valid license for a few months, it still has support, I will not buy KStandard yet, which still has many bugs, in addition to losing money buying it before, because the new products according to the knowledge article provided, do not has an activation code, so it would not accept my current KIS license.

    If it's a known issue and not an issue, let's wait for the next release of new produto line.
    Let's see if I can make the purchase, as I don't have a credit card or smarthphone for the "strong authentication" required in the EU, but a relative of mine has already offered to help me with the purchase using his credit card and his equipment for that.
    I was informed by the support chat (I hope they didn't make a mistake) and if my relative's bank doesn't interfere with the purchase, it seems that I can use my email to link the license to My Kaspersky, with the address of the cardholder credit account of credit card that belongs to my relative. I hope I'm lucky.?

    The Xbox game bar as shown in the image at the beginning of our conversation maintains the same behavior:

    "Reliable Group: Reliable
    KSN information (local cache)
    Certificate Status: Error verifying signature.
    (attached images).
    Digital signature: Microsoft Corporation"

    In the file properties image there is no signature separator.

    1. Export KIS settings.
    2. Restore KIS settings.
    3. Do a clean install of KIS = uninstall KIS - save License information only, then download & clean install KIS.

    I did the clean uninstall/install as you indicated.

    The problem remains.

    The file that appears in the image has a digital signature and shows in it:
    KSN information (local cache).

    I understood your answer and it was illuminating.

    I prefer to contact the community and not the support in my region because I have bad experience and they still damage more than they fix:
    As soon as I asked for the offline KIS file, they gave me the Kaspersky Security Cloud Personal file. I asked if Kaspersky Standard already existed, they gave me the link that was not from my country. Over the phone, an assistant even said he didn't have Kaspersky installed. They don't even know how to see the last database distribution date.
    With technical support only as a last resort.

    On the KIS reports I did an exhaustive analysis and there are no errors anywhere.

    Said file has no signature (as shown in the image).

    If the error is not dangerous, I'll follow what @Flood and Flood's wife told me:

    "KIS has taken the information from the local cache because there's a certificate issue, it could not analyze the certificate so, to move the app (Xbox game bar.. etc.) to the Trust group, it's taken information stored in local cache - had it not done that you would have seen a different error in that field."

  16. Hello guys.

    Today I saw some applications that I opened for the first time like the one shown in the first image, which indicate:

    Reason for moving to group: Information from KSN (local cache).

    I checked the cloud protection on the second screenshot and it tells me I'm synced with KSN.

    What information (local cache) is this that shows in the application started?
