  1. No, I uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled and restarted I never do just uninstall / install and the scenario remained.
  2. Hello. Yes, I already uninstalled and reinstalled KIS after changing the regedit and confirmed that it returned to the default value and the situation remains.

  4. Hello, I come here to ask, this strange phenomenon that occurs with my KIS 2020. In the last two new patches, whenever the update took place, the KIS shuts down and after updating, it turns on again. This happened after I forced update H, where I did the following: 1. I disabled self-defense 2. I turned off the product 3. <deleted unsupported registry hack> 4. I started the product, activated self-defense 5. I updated antivirus databases 6. I restarted the computer However, I uninstalled and did a clean update of the KIS back to patch G. All updates run much less than those updated to the H and I patch where KIS 2020 turned off and on again.
  5. Fue lo primero que pensé pero HMPro.Alert me avisa y registra lo que detecta/no permite y no es el caso. Igualmente tengo la mosca detrás de la oreja 😉 y sigo indagando. Si descubro algo ya aviso. Hola. He tenido algo de tiempo para indagar sobre lo que me ocurrió y poco puedo agregar. Solo sé el motivo del error (imagen) y no tengo más errores con el KERNELBASE.dll Me llama la atención un detalle: avpui.exe → 20.0.21.1325 KIS → 20.0.14.1085 Lo dejaré como otra anécdota entre Kis y yo 🤣 Por cierto, el parche I ya le llega a algunos usuarios aunque sé @harlan4096 que ya estás al tanto 😉 Slds. Hola @JFNoda Mi archivo avpui.exe también es la versión 20.0.21.1325, pero hasta ahora no he tenido ningún error, solo lo que mencioné, KIS se cierra y se enciende cuando aparece un nuevo parche.
  6. Hola Recibí el parche (I) y KIS, se desconectó y volvió a conectar. Reinicié el desktop y este problema no volvió a ocurrir. Saludos
  7. Tomé la decisión de no cambiar al valor anterior y mantener el valor 200 como indica @harlan4096 y afortunadamente hasta ahora todo sigue funcionando correctamente con el nuevo parche.
  8. Hola @JPEKaspersky A mí también me aparece igual, sin el último cero. Es la ruta correcta ya que es Kaspersky 20.0.14.1085. Una errata? Me funcionó, actualizado. Una pregunta @harlan4096 : Hay que revertir los cambios en el registro o lo dejamos así? Slds. Hola @JFNoda y @harlan4096 . A mí también me funcionó. La virtualización de hardware en las herramientas adicionales todavía no aparece en el parche H, para mí. También tuve la misma duda:: El registro es mantener o poner el valor anterior? Saludos
  9. Hello @Schulte . Yes, I restarted the desktop when I noticed that this update had happened and stayed on patch G. If the patch update is of this size and if that is the percentage of users who have received it at the moment, I will wait. For me, patches take a while to arrive, so thanks for your reassuring response, as I found the 6Mb update just too big.
  10. Hello everyone. Yesterday I had at 23:54 in my KIS 20.0.14.85 an update of the database of 6.42 Mb. However, the new patch released recently did not appear (according to the images I show). I find it strange that such a big update would not lead to the new H patch, so I asked this question here in the Kaspersky community. I'm grateful for any possible clarification.

  13. Hello. I contacted technical support and did a clean installation. I was informed of the following on January, 3: "Our developers informed me that due to a recent bug with Kaspersky and Safe Money this option is no longer available. For now this is by design. Our developers are still analyzing the root cause of this bug. Typically after installing the latest patch you shouldn 't have this option available. If you need further clarifications please let me know. " Everything else however is working perfectly

  15. Good afternoon and happy holidays to all. I did a little test and deactivated virtualization in the BIOS and right after restarting the pc and the application and looks to the interface according to the screenshot below: The option came up, but as I disabled it in the BIOS it indicates that "hardware virtualization is not available because hardware support is disabled". I later went back into the BIOS and enabled virtualization and the check box and disappeared again. Curious.... IMHO looks like something related to the GUI and it may be a bug or not, but it's just my subjective thinking.
  16. I did a test again and i doing a clean install. I confirmed that before restarting the application the “hardware virtualization function” after installing with the file “startup.exe patch (c)” , is there. After restarting the computer with patch g this functionality disappears. I have to contact support to find out why patch g makes this option disappear.

  18. Hello @harlan4096 . As I mentioned at the beginning of my question, I already checked this site and also checked the virtualization in the BIOS. Nowhere in Safe Money or Settings for additional protecion tools does the option to enable virtualization appear.
  19. You are right @harlan4096 but as I show in the picture to me in portuguese version (KIS 20.0.14.1085 patch g) this option does not appear.
  20. Good day to everyone I Have a question: Where can I configure hardware virtualization because I can't find it in my application as the attached captures show (Captures 1 and 2). I also consulted the link: https://support.kaspersky.com/us/common/safemoney/13713 ... and I can't see the hardware virtualization.
