  5. Good day My computer was repaired and Kaspesky Total Security Free was installed in English at the computer repair shop. As I'm Portuguese and have a license, I uninstalled this version and installed KIS 2020 in Portuguese and inserted my license, which had already been activated on the computer in question. A week ago, KIS 20.0.14.1085 (k) works perfectly with your license. Can I face future problems ? Grettings
  6. Guten Tag Tut mir leid, mein Deutsch, weil ich den Übersetzer benutze. Mein Computer wurde repariert und Kaspesky Total Security Free in englischer Sprache kam aus der Werkstatt. Da ich Portugiese bin und eine Lizenz habe, habe ich diese Version deinstalliert und KIS 2020 auf Portugiesisch installiert und dann meine Lizenz eingefügt, die bereits auf dem betreffenden Computer aktiviert wurde. Seit einer Woche funktioniert KIS 20.0.14.1085 (k) perfekt mit Ihrer Lizenz verbunden. Kann ich mich zukünftigen Problemen stellen? Danke fürs Zuhören

I noticed that in my GSI report (which is attached), after unzipping this file and after unzipping the "virusinfo_syscheck" folder there is a file (avz_sysinfo.htm) that tells me that I have a port (1024) associated with services.exe process that indicates in your notes to be connected to the Trojan Net Spy as shown in figure 1 that I send you. My question is simple This port is infecting my desktop or am I infected ? Best regards.
  9. Hello I already have the patch (j) on KIS 20.0.14.1085, but I noticed that it is not yet including Microsoft Edge in the Privacy Cleaner. Is this by design (although Chredge is now supported) or is there an intention to add these new features in the future? Greetings
  10. Hello @FLOOD I haven't received the patch (J) yet. It looks like it will be staggered. I ask the following question: Should I logically wait between a week or more? In most cases I get a new patch after two weeks, but is this normal? Regards
  11. Hello @FLOOD and thanks for your interest.👍 I solved the problem a few minutes ago. I uninstalled the installable CCleaner software and installed the portable version. With the portable version of CCleaner, no longer appears as a problem in cleaning your PC.👏 I closed the ticket for technical support with this information.   13. Hello @FLOOD . It happened once at KIS 2018 if I'm not mistaken, in KIS 2020 is the first time. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled CCleaner and KIS 2020 again indicates that it is rarely used.
  14. Good Morning for all Community. Kaspersky now indicates in the PC cleaning menu that CCleaner is rarely run. However I have been using this application for many years and several times a day. I wonder why the KIS indicates this information that is false. I'm using KIS 20.0.14.1085 (i) and CCleaner version 5.64 in the Windows 10 1909 Regards

  16. Good morning everyone. On my reliability monitor, I noticed that there was an update and reconfiguration of KIS 20.0.14.1085 (as shown in the figure). I restarted the system and continue in the patch ( i ). Was it just a drivers update or didn't I update to a possible patch ( j ) ?
