Secure Connection Automatically Connect

Hello, I have used total security for personal protection and decided to purchase secure connection for all my computers. Even with my settings being to automatically connect, it never does. I have changed server from optimal to just USA and it made no difference. Is it a bug, or does the automatic not work?
