I have disabled the script injection and google chat, and other web IDEs are working without lag now!

I also am having issue. Google chat frequently misses first 1-3 letters typed because of delay. Google chat in firefox without plugin installed and google chat in chrome without plugin installed both having issues. Uninstalling Kaspersky resolved issue.
