Why I cannot add exclusion folders - software freeze

When I add exclusion folders, ok and after I press safe software freeze and it ask me to wait or close program. After 1h still frozen, if I press close program it does not save anything on exclusion. I tried this on both my laptops where I have the Kaspersky licence and does the same thing. I installed and uninstalled and installed again but I have the same result.
