After you install a Kaspersky application, your internet connection may get slower according to some measurement apps or websites.

Open the main application window.
Click the Settings 2019.png button in the lower part of the window.The Settings window opens.
In the left part of the window, select the Protection section.
In the right part of the Protection section, select the Web Anti-Virus section.
In the Web Anti-Virus settings window that opens, click the Advanced Settings link to open the Advanced settings of Web Anti-Virus window.

Right-click the Kaspersky icon in the System Tray. This is located in the lower-right corner of the desktop. The icon looks like a "K". KASPERSKY ANTIVIRUS ICON If you don't see the icon, click the arrow button at the edge of the System Tray to expand the Tray and display all the icons.
Select the "Settings" option. This is located above the About option of the Kaspersky program menu.
In the Settings window go to Additional > Self-Defense.
In the Self-Defense settings window, remove the check mark in the box next to "Enable Self-Defense".

Step 1: Uninstall the Device from Device Manager
• Press Windows + X key on the keyboard
• Open Device Manager
• Locate Mice and other pointing devices and expand the same
• Right-click on the touchpad/mouse and then uninstall the drivers.
• Reboot the computer after uninstall process has finished.Step 2: Uninstall the Device Drivers from Program List in Control Panel
• Press Windows + X key on the keyboard
• Click on Control Panel
• Now click on Programs and select Programs and Features.
• Find the Mouse Driver
• Right click Mouse Driver and select Uninstall.

I would suggest you to disable the anti-virus installed temporarily on your system and install both the drivers from Website and check if it installs fine.

In GFI Partners portal, click the Accounts Portal button to access GFI Accounts website.

Few Solutions below you should try:
- Current version of the operating system is not supported.
- System does not meet the hardware and software requirements.
- Installation without JavaScript.
- Not enough rights.
- Incompatible software detected.
- Installation files corrupted.
- Digital signature of installation files is missing.

There may be an option.. if you find it you can follow the below steps:
In the application settings window, select General Settings → Application Settings. Do one of the following: To enable the Self-Defense mechanism, select the Enable Self-Defense check box. To disable the Self-Defense mechanism, clear the Enable Self-Defense check box. -
Launch the browser and go into the router's IP information.
Login by using the credentials.
Click on the advanced menu option and then on security.
Click on the MAC filter option.

Open Kaspersky Free main application window. Select Settings ⚙ icon, lower left-hand-side of window. Select Manage settings. Select Restore, select Next, select Confirm, select Done. Shutdown the computer using SHUTDOWN, not Restart, when the computer if fully OFF, power ON, by pressing the power button, login, recheck the original issue?
