I am due to renew my licence for 3 devices, one of which is now dead. I therefore want to change the licence to 2 devices. Does anyone know how to do this? For instance can it only be done at the time of renewal, which is probably automatic and therefore I am not sure how to change it. Please advise if anyone else has done this.
