Since we have installed Kaspersky Small Business Security the majority of our workstation laptops (around 5 people) have reported losing keyboard functionality. This is on different model laptops, namely the Acer Aspire 3 and an HP Laptop (can het model number).
I curious wehter this might be a latent security setting where the keyboar is switched off after inactivty or something to this effect? Functionality usually returns after user restarts the workstation.
Any thoughts / advice if it is related will be appreciated.
