I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus version and I will provide screen shots. I don't own the laptop that these adwares are in, I've never encountered or noticed them up until recently. I am also unable to contact the original owner for a while as well.

I have 2 detected object labeled as adware but I cant disinfect them either. They both have the "aetihlp.dll " in common. What do I do to resolve this? I will attach 2 photos of the file locations.
