    Hello inv15,
this is a left over of an old or another Kaspersky Product installation because KSNProxy is a service which will be installed as part of Administrationserver or Network Agent (not Cloud version). So this entry should be removed or ignored for KES Cloud Version. In KES Cloud this service is not installed and needed.
I hope I have been able to help you and remain
    with Best Regards

  8. Joerg Lechea's post in Exclusion Options Grayed out was marked as the answer
    Hello Giovanni,
there is no option to allow setting of Exclusions for Kaspersky Endpoint Cloud locally .
All relevant security settings will be done by the Security Profile from Endpoint Cloud Console as an Admin and deployed to each client.
Users do not have any permissions to change any settings.
In the Security Profile itself there's also no option to enable users to change settings of security profile locally
I hope I could help to answer the question. If not check open a ticket with Kaspersky Technical Support here:
    Kaspersky CompanyAccount
    Best Regards
