Hello guys, The company I work for has a Dell T350 server. On this server, Kasperky Small Office Security is installed, which shares the license with another 24 machines connected to the server via RDP.The problem is that Kaspersky has been consuming a lot of the server's CPU and this ends up causing slowdowns on machines that are connected via RDP. Not to mention the spikes it hits the CPU, which reach 100% many times. Are there any specific settings to make Kaspersky a little lighter? The system was running on server is Windows Server 2012 R2

Boa tarde Estou tentando fazer a instalação do Kaspersky Total Security e o mesmo está dando o problema que está na imagem a seguir. O mesmo problema acontece na instalação de outros produtos da Kaspersky. Ele acontece no momento em que começa a baixar os arquivos do programa. Vi alguns posts na internet falando para baixar o Kavremover pra remover qualquer resquício de outras instalações, mas além de o computador ter sido recentemente formatado, a própria ferramenta não encontrou nenhum “resto” de instalação. Poderiam me ajudar? Obrigado desde já

Hello guys, I have a problem with kaspersky on my Windows Server 2012. He’s using 90% or more of the CPU. I try to install the Kasper updates but the problem persist. I try to unnistall kasper and download again, but the error persist too. What I do next? Please help me. My business is being affected.
