There is there is three Request in Queue Tech Support for 3 months no response from them I am user for last 15 years Now it is time to quite. As there is no response 10 of email online complains. Deactivate means unable to scan , icons grayed(inactive). It happens just updating database , if I install fresh and do not do database update it works fine. No software installed during last six months. The problem occurred during last 3 months, INC000011574846 The Lab tech are no help for my case!!!! JLenka
