Hi Guys! uhm my mom created a document uhm a lot of pages, like booklet type and she was annoyed because most of the times it prints weird like on the document it was arranged properly but when it prints and was printed it disarranges everything. uhm do u think my laptop has a virus eventhough i have a kaspersky liscense or app? i run my kaspersky and scanned all the time but no threats found. please help me guys solve this problem. btw, i also have too many videos of kpop gg named twice, does this affect my printing issue?
